About Ensemble
Our Ensemble offers dance opportunities for people 16+!

At Trillium we focus on the experience of our dancers and look to ensure a healthy, uplifting environment while offering quality performance opportunities and training
​
Trillium Ballet's Ensemble is 16+ focused! We happily welcome all people of all ages and walks of life to join Ensemble.
​
Rehearsals are on Mondays and Wednesdays. We encourage dancers to attend both rehearsals, but we're happy to accommodate dancers and have them scheduled one day a week. At the audition we ask that you indicate which days you're available to rehearse.
Why Join Ensemble?
Whether you've always wanted to dance or have found it to be a new passion, performing takes dancing to the next level!

The excitement, the rush of showing what you've worked on in front of your fellow dancers as they encourage you is an electrifying experience.

Performing is fun and helps dancers connect with a community and many lifelong friendships are formed through performing together!

Performing helps dancers progress in technique and skills that are needed as a dancer! Learning choreography and having the opportunity to practice the same steps over and over helps the body and mind retain information!
Ensemble Requirements
We require dancers who don't have previous dance experience to have been taking ballet classes regularly for at least six months prior to joining Ensemble.

Fall Ensemble Basics Requirements:
All dancers in lady roles regardless of level must have:

Nude (your skin tone) tights,

Nude canvas ballet shoes

Nude laser-cut underwear (optional)

Nude laser-cut bra (optional)

All dancers in gentlemen roles regardless of level must have:

Nude (your skin tone) dance belt

White v-neck short sleeve
-
Wearmoi white tights
-
Black ballet shoes
-
White ballet shoes.

Spring Ensemble Basics Requirements:
All dancers in lady roles regardless of level must have:

Dancers that choose to be in both the ladies and gentlemen roles must have both sets of costume requirements.
Costume basics are not included in tuition and are to be covered by the individual.
For en pointe roles, dancers must "pancake" their pointe shoes with calamine lotion or foundation.
